Why Book a Stall?

Shepperton Big Tree Night is a well-established Christmas fair, drawing well over 5,000 visitors to the High Street each year. We receive excellent coverage from local newspapers and radio stations, and the event is advertised widely online and in the media.

The evening is a celebration of Shepperton, bringing in visitors from far and wide - a fantastic opportunity to be part of a much-loved local event. If you've had a stall with us before, you'll know what a success it has become.

Street Food and Drinks

  • Street food, hot drinks or alcohol
  • Alcohol limited to small-batch wine, micro-brewery craft beers, mulled wine and mulled cider

Packaged Cold Food, Confectionery, Promotional

  • General retail or cold food/food in jars or tins
  • Not designed to be eaten on the night

Charities, Local Arts & Crafts, Schools

£40

  • Registered charities and schools only
  • A charity number may be required
