Getting Here

By Train

Shepperton Station is within a few steps of Big Tree Night, making the train the easiest way to get here.

By Bus

The closure of Shepperton High Street will affect two services: the 555 and 557, both of which will divert up/down Green Lane or Russell Road to Marshall's Roundabout. The 555 stops on Russell Road will be missed, but it will still stop at Shepperton Station Approach.

By Car

If you live in Shepperton, we'd advise you to walk to the High Street. Roads will be busy and parking will be at a premium.

Parking

The closest available public parking is Manor Park (£), at the Memorial end of the High Street. Where practical, we'd recommend walking or taking the train instead.

Road Closures

Shepperton High Street closes from the traffic lights in the north to Mere Road in the south from 4pm, remaining closed until 10pm at the latest, when the High Street and slip roads re-open. The entrance to Manor Farm Avenue must remain accessible at all times for emergency services.

Toilets

Community toilets will be available for the evening in the Guardian Angels Carers shop, alongside first aid.

First Aid

St John's Ambulance is positioned in the Guardian Angels shop by the Big Tree. Please call 999 immediately if there is an emergency.

Lost Children and Lost Property

Lost Children or Parents

The meeting point for lost children and parents is the Guardian Angels shop by the Big Tree. Please ask a BTN Organiser at the Gazebo to put out an announcement.

Lost Property

If you find any lost property, please hand it in to a BTN Organiser at the Gazebo. Any recovered lost property will be held by the main stage, and an announcement will be made if possible. Any unclaimed or unmarked lost property at the end of the event will be donated to a charity shop on the High Street.

Weather

Big Tree Night takes place outdoors in December, so please dress for the weather.
